Today we toured the Cache at Silver Lake neighborhood, located in the Silver Lake area of Upper Deer Valley.  There are currently three Cache at Silver Lake models listed for sale, ranging in price from $990,000 to $1,050,000, with sizes ranging from 2,700 to 3,353 square feet.  All three of these townhomes received at least a “Plus One” ranking and should be considered by any potential buyer.  We would, however, like to point out Cache at Silver Lake #12, which received the highest ranking of the group.  Although located on the Royal Street side of the neighborhood, the townhome is well shielded from the road.  It is a three bedroom, four bath model of 2,705 square feet priced at $990,000.  The finishes have been updated and the owner has recently remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets, counters, and appliances.
